The warranty period for the air-conditioner is as follows:
- In respect of the air-conditioner, in general, fifteen (15) months from the date of delivery or twelve (12) months from the date of installation, whichever earlier from Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“Daikin”).
Please Take Note:
- This Warranty Certificate (“Certificate”) must be presented to our service personnel each time warranty repair service is required.
- Daikin Airconditioning (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall undertake to replace any defective parts of the equipment free of charge provided that the smart home solution / devices have been used according to operating instructions.
